Spring is almost here and it is time for trying something new! To give you some inspiration, we thought we would share Julianne Hough’s early spring transformation. Her hairstylist, Riawna Capri (a top celebrity hairstylist), cut several inches off of her hair, styling it into what she is calling a “modern-day shag”. Capri also changed the tone of her signature blonde locks to cool champagne. See the result below...just beautiful!
